Drug Alert: Rohypnol

http://www.edc.org/hec/pubs/catalst6.htm

This article from CenterĂs newsletter Catalyst provides information on the drug Rohypnol, commonly used as a "date-rape" drug. The drug, which has been appearing on college campuses across the country, has been placed in the same category as cocaine, heroin, and LSD by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency. Reports of suspected Rohypnol-related date rape have sprung up on campuses from the University of California, Los Angeles, to the University of Florida, and officials fear that use is increasing.
