Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP).
The principal purpose of ONDCP is to establish policies, priorities, and objectives for the Nation's drug control program. The goals of the program are to reduce illicit drug use, manufacturing, and trafficking, drug-related crime and violence, and drug-related health consequences. ONDCP provides access to a wide array of drug and enforcement related information. This report provides an overview of marijuana, and includes estimates of prevalence, consequences of use, treatment options, adjudication, production, trafficking and distribution, legislative history, and links to other marijuana-related sites.
